My Early Journey
Creativity, family, nature, and meaningful connections.
I began my professional career as a fashion designer, driven by a deep love for creativity, beauty, and self-expression. Creativity has always been an important part of who I am, allowing me to connect with ideas, emotions, and possibilities in unique ways.
Alongside my passion for design, I have always felt a special connection with nature and animals. Being surrounded by nature and spending time with animals has brought me immense peace, joy, and comfort throughout my life. They have taught me valuable lessons about presence, simplicity, acceptance, and unconditional love.
As life unfolded, I embraced many beautiful roles. I became a wife, a mother of two, and a member of a loving and supportive family. Later, I joined my husband's fastener business and worked primarily in Human Resources, where I enjoyed working with people, understanding their needs, building relationships, and creating meaningful connections within the workplace.
From the outside, life seemed complete. I had a loving family, meaningful responsibilities, and professional fulfillment. Yet deep within, there was a quiet longing: a feeling that something was still missing.
The Call to Look Within
Who am I beyond the responsibilities, expectations, and roles?
There came a point in my life when I began asking deeper questions. Who am I beyond my responsibilities? Who am I beyond the expectations placed upon me? Who am I when all labels and roles are set aside?
These questions did not come with immediate answers. Instead, they opened the door to a journey of self-discovery: a journey that invited me to pause, reflect, and explore parts of myself that had long remained unnoticed.
As I began looking inward, I slowly realized how much of our lives can be spent focusing on external achievements while neglecting our inner world. The more I explored, the more I understood that true growth begins when we learn to listen to ourselves.
The Challenges of Transformation
Growth often begins where comfort ends.
Personal growth is often spoken about as something beautiful and inspiring. While it certainly can be, my experience taught me that it can also be deeply challenging.
The journey was not easy. In many ways, it broke me before it rebuilt me. It challenged beliefs I had carried for years, pushed me beyond familiar comfort zones, and encouraged me to face fears, doubts, insecurities, and emotions that I had previously avoided.
There were moments of confusion, discomfort, vulnerability, and moments when I questioned everything I thought I knew. Yet every challenge carried an important lesson. Every setback became an opportunity to learn. Every difficult moment helped me understand myself more deeply.
Discovering the Power of Inner Work
Healing is not about becoming someone new.
Through self-reflection, mindfulness, learning, and personal exploration, I gradually began reconnecting with myself.
I discovered the value of slowing down, the importance of listening, the courage required to face ourselves honestly, and the incredible transformation that becomes possible when we create space for awareness and healing.
This journey taught me that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who we truly are beneath the layers of conditioning, expectations, fears, and self-doubt.
I learned that within each of us exists wisdom, resilience, strength, and the ability to grow. Sometimes we simply need the space to reconnect with it.
A Journey With No Final Destination
Self-discovery is a lifelong journey.
One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is that personal growth never truly ends.
I do not see myself as someone who has all the answers. I do not believe I have reached a final destination. I am still learning, still growing, still making mistakes, and still discovering new things about myself every day.
For me, self-discovery is a lifelong journey. Just as we continue breathing throughout our lives, we continue learning, evolving, and becoming more aware. There is no finish line. There is only the ongoing journey of becoming more connected with ourselves.
The Birth of Manthan
A space where healing and transformation can unfold naturally.
Manthan was born from this understanding. The word Manthan represents reflection, contemplation, and the process of looking within. It symbolizes the inner churning that often takes place when we begin questioning, learning, healing, and growing.
Manthan is not just a wellness space. It is a reflection of my own experiences, lessons, challenges, and continued growth.
It was created with the intention of offering a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where others can begin or continue their own journey of self-discovery. A space where people can pause. A space where people can reconnect with themselves. A space where healing and transformation can unfold naturally.
